Replies usually take a couple of working days, sometimes sooner. If you are reporting a formatting bug, paste the input that caused it — that is nearly always enough to reproduce the problem, and without it a bug report is mostly guesswork.

Before you write
A few things that come up often and already have answers.
The formatter changed my markup in a way I did not expect. Check the formatter page — there is a section listing exactly what it normalises (lower-case tag names, double-quoted attribute values) and what it leaves alone.
My page broke after minifying. Almost always the inline-whitespace issue described on the minify guide. Worth reading before reporting it.
Is my code private? Yes, and you can verify it yourself in the Network tab. The privacy policy covers the detail.
